A single itinerant appellate court shared by six independent states and three British overseas territories. It is headquartered in Castries, Saint Lucia, and travels on circuit to hear appeals in each member state, which is why an appeal can be listed locally even though the court itself is regional. Its decisions bind all High Courts and Magistrates' Courts across the nine jurisdictions.
