Every plan carries the same disclosure: this is legal information, not legal advice. Where a matter needs a qualified practitioner in your jurisdiction, the site says so rather than implying a subscription is enough.

Manage or cancel from your account at any time — no email, no retention call. Monthly plans run to the end of the paid period; annual plans are refundable pro rata within 30 days of purchase.

Questions worth answering plainly

What do I get access to?: Everything behind the paywall: the jurisdiction atlas, legal topics, courts and authorities, procedures, the forms and checklist library, the glossary, the research tools and the AI assistant. The homepage, this pricing page and our legal pages stay public.
What does the AI assistant actually have access to?: Only the records published on this site — jurisdiction profiles, legal topics, procedures, forms and the glossary. It cites the record it used and refuses when a country and topic pair is not documented, rather than improvising an answer.
How many people can use one subscription?: Individual and Professional cover one named user each. Business covers up to five users in one organisation. Sharing a single login across a team is not permitted; Business exists precisely so you do not have to.
What happens if my payment fails?: Stripe retries the charge and emails you. Access continues while the subscription is in good standing and is withdrawn once it lapses, is cancelled or is refunded. It returns the moment a payment succeeds — you do not need to contact us.
Do you provide contract templates such as an NDA or a power of attorney?: No. A template is a legal instrument, and unlike the law we describe there is no primary source to check it against — so we could never show you where it came from or that it was current. Drafting a document for your matter is a lawyer's job, and an unsourced template that looks authoritative is worse than none at all.
Can I download official court forms here?: No, and that is deliberate. For official forms such as an ET1 or an SC-100 we explain what the form asks for and link to the authority that issues it. Those forms are revised and renumbered without notice, and a court can reject an out-of-date copy — so the only safe version is the current one from the issuing body.
Do you cover my country?: The atlas documents a focused set of jurisdictions in depth rather than every country shallowly. Coverage is listed honestly on each page, and the assistant refuses rather than guessing where a jurisdiction is not documented. Check the atlas before subscribing if one specific country is the reason you are here.
Can I get an invoice for my employer?: Yes. Every payment produces a VAT invoice in euro showing YOUGUIDE INTERNATIONAL BV and VAT number BE1009005084. Add your company name and VAT number at checkout and they appear on the invoice.
