The Judiciary of Kenya

Administers the courts established under Chapter 10 of the 2010 Constitution.

What this authority does

Kenya's judiciary was restructured by the 2010 Constitution, which created the Supreme Court, gave every person standing to enforce the Bill of Rights, and established the Judicial Service Commission to insulate judicial appointments from the executive. The judiciary annulled a presidential election in 2017 — the first such ruling in Africa.

Services for the public
