Bolivia's constitutional court, reconstituted as plurinational by the 2009 Constitution. Beyond ordinary constitutional review it decides conflicts of competence between ordinary and indigenous jurisdiction, and must include magistrates elected on indigenous-nation criteria. Its members are chosen by direct popular election, a mechanism found nowhere else in the region.
