The intermediate appellate court, hearing appeals from the High Court. Like the Supreme Court, it draws on visiting Commonwealth judges alongside resident Justices of Appeal, and it has produced most of the case law interpreting the Bill of Rights in Chapter 2 of the 2013 Constitution.
