One of the more consequential constitutional courts in the Gulf. It annulled the 2012 parliamentary elections and ordered the reinstatement of the previously dissolved Assembly, and again annulled elections in 2013 — decisions with immediate constitutional effect. Direct individual access is limited; most challenges arrive by referral from an ordinary court.
