Specialised High Administrative Courts

Two specialised high courts sit at the apex of particular administrative fields: the Centrale Raad van Beroep for social-security and civil-service disputes, and the College van Beroep voor het bedrijfsleven for economic and regulatory matters. Their existence is why the Netherlands has no single supreme administrative court but several apex courts by subject.
