    Ensure an EEA-resident director or arrange a Section 137 insurance bond.

    File Form A1 on CORE

    Submit the incorporation application with the constitution to the CRO through CORE.

    Register for tax with Revenue

    Register for corporation tax, PAYE and VAT through ROS as applicable.

    Enter beneficial owners in the central RBO register.
