The three branches

Head of State — President of the Republic
Elected by the Assembly.
Executive — Prime Minister and Council of Ministers
Accountable to the Assembly.
Legislative — Assembly (Kuvendi)

Laws are adopted by the Assembly and promulgated by the President, who may return a law once for reconsideration.
