Constitución de la República Dominicana
Proclaimed on 26 January 2010 and reformed in 2015 and 2024. It is unusually long and detailed, entrenching economic and social rights, the acción de amparo, and habeas data. The 2015 reform restored consecutive presidential re-election for one term; the 2024 reform tightened that limit and adjusted the composition of judicial bodies.
