The hierarchy, top to bottom
- Final appellate — Caribbean Court of Justice
- Sits in Port of Spain; replaced the Privy Council in 2010.
- Appellate — Court of Appeal of Belize
- Hears appeals from the High Court.
- Supreme — High Court of Belize
- Unlimited original jurisdiction; renamed from Supreme Court in 2022.
