Constitution of the Republic of Belarus
Adopted in 1994 and amended by the referendums of 1996, 2004 and 2022. The 2022 amendments created a constitutionally entrenched All-Belarusian People’s Assembly, removed the two-term presidential limit’s previous framing and altered the neutrality clause.

Separation of powers
Strongly presidential: the President legislates by decree, appoints half of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court leadership, and the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly holds constitutional functions above the ordinary branches.
