- Constitutional — Constitutional Court of Tajikistan
- Seven judges; reviews constitutionality of normative acts.
- Final appellate — Supreme Court of Tajikistan
- Highest court for civil, criminal and administrative matters.
- Commercial — Supreme Economic Court
- A separate hierarchy for commercial disputes, unlike Uzbekistan which merged its economic courts in 2017.
- Appellate — Regional courts and the Court of Gorno-Badakhshan
